  • Water Bike for 2 People: In order to meet some of the demands of the rental business and the needs of families, we have designed a new water bike - the inflatable 2 person Water Bike. Includes two upgraded water bike 2.0 frames and 3 floats. Very test of two people's tacit understanding when riding together.
  • 3-blade Liftable Propeller: Upgraded from a 2-blade propeller to a 3-blade for more power and speed.The propeller adopts a lifting design, which is convenient for playing in waters with different water speeds and different depths! Suitable for: water parks,lakes, rivers and oceans. It can also provide entertainment in tourist areas close to the water.
  • Frame Upgrade: The frame's drivetrain gearbox is a one-piece metal flywheel design, which makes it less noisy while travelling, grips the gears better, is less prone to falling off, and is resistant to wear and tear. The handlebar is lengthened to 73cm and the seat tube can be adjusted up and down, which is more in line with the ergonomic design. Both sides of the seat are filled with air bubbles for more comfort.
  • Drop-Stitch Material: The water bike pontoon is made of high-strength double-layer PVC wire drawing material,which is more anti-collision and wear-resistant than ordinary PVC material! Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Service.

Do you offer e-gift cards for international customers?

E-gift cards are only available to customers shipping within the U.S.

How Do I Set Up A Subscription Order?

We will deliver products to you as soon as reasonably possible. Orders are usually dispatched between 1-3 days from the date of the order being placed. Please contact us our customer service team if your delivery has not been received within the dates described.

How To Return My Items?

We do not currently offer free returns to overseas customers. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.
